Technical Support Engineer

Position Overview

We are seeking IT Support Engineers / Field Technicians to join our team in Nerul, Mumbai. Candidates living close to this location will have an advantage. This role is available as both full-time and part-time with five openings.

Key Responsibilities

• Install and service biometric and access control systems.
• Set up, configure, and troubleshoot CCTV cameras.
• Handle installation and maintenance of electromagnetic locks (EM Locks).
• Perform networking cable laying, crimping, and testing tasks.
• Carry out fiber optic cable installation, splicing, and simple troubleshooting.
• Provide hardware support for desktops and laptops, including card-level diagnostics and component replacement when needed.
• Offer desktop software installation and troubleshooting assistance.
• Deliver on-site IT support and preventative maintenance services.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum educational qualification: 10th grade pass.
• Age range between 20 and 35 years.
• Previous experience with CCTV, networking, access control, or desktop support is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Fresh candidates with fundamental technical knowledge are also encouraged to apply.
• Strong communication and problem-solving capabilities.
• Readiness to travel to client locations for installations and support activities.

Compensation and Work Schedule

• Monthly salary between ₹15,000 and ₹25,000, depending on skills and experience.
• Workday consists of 9 hours.
