Job description

Job Summary

We are seeking a Technical Executive to support back office functions with expertise in technical operations and customer relationship management (CRM) systems, particularly Zoho. The ideal candidate will also be passionate about creating automation tools to enhance and streamline internal workflows.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage technical operations within the back office environment.
  • Utilize CRM platforms, with a focus on Zoho, for daily operational tasks.
  • Design and refine internal processes to increase efficiency.
  • Develop small-scale automation applications or tools to improve work procedures.
  • Ensure data accuracy and timely system updates.
  • Collaborate effectively across various departments to ensure seamless operations.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Experience with CRM tools, preferably Zoho.
  • Fundamental knowledge of automation, workflow creation, or application development.
  • Background in technical fields is advantageous.
  • Strong analytical capabilities and problem-solving aptitude.
  • Capacity to handle several tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and coordination abilities.

Additional Information

Location: Kedar Empire, Karve Nagar, Kothrud, Pune

Working Days: Monday through Saturday

Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM

Salary: Ranges between 15000 and 25000 INR per month
