About the Role
RES Engineering India is hiring a full-time Technical Russian to English Translator based in Mumbai/Navi Mumbai, India. The role is focused on helping achieve successful inspection outcomes at manufacturing facilities in India for equipment used in nuclear power plants.

RES Engineering India operates in the nuclear engineering sector and works on thermal-mechanical systems for nuclear power plants using VVER-type reactors.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as an oral interpreter during equipment inspections at Indian manufacturing sites for nuclear power plant components such as pipeline valves, pumps, electric actuators, castings, and related items.
- Draft and translate documents in both Russian and English based on inspection findings.
- Coordinate inspection logistics, including travel arrangements, hotel bookings, visa processing, meeting commission members, and other administrative support tasks.
- Prepare supporting materials for inspections, including printing, binding, and document assembly.
- Participate in audits of manufacturing plants with third-party involvement.
Eligibility and Requirements
This position is open to candidates who can work from Mumbai or Navi Mumbai and are prepared for travel within India, including Pune, Sangli, and Gujarat. A higher education qualification is required. No previous work experience is necessary. The role demands fluent spoken and written technical Russian and English, along with strong communication skills and the ability to stay effective under pressure. Candidates should be willing to work overtime and, when needed, on weekends. English is mandatory, Russian is required, Hindi is required, and Marathi is preferred but not mandatory.
Work Schedule and Conditions
The job follows a full-time, on-site setup. The workweek is 5 days, and the role may require overtime or weekend work depending on business needs. The employer expects a results-focused approach.
Compensation and Perks
