Role Summary
This position is focused on advancing and perfecting an AI-driven recruitment platform known as Zara. The tool automates the processes of sourcing candidates, screening resumes, and engaging talent. The job calls for in-depth technical knowledge in artificial intelligence and machine learning, combined with teamwork across departments to implement robust, scalable recruitment solutions.
Key Duties
- Create, deploy, and enhance machine learning algorithms aimed at boosting Zara's precision and speed in matching candidates.
- Build and support backend systems for natural language processing tasks including parsing resumes and analyzing job descriptions.
- Integrate the AI recruiter with applicant tracking systems, HR databases, and external job platforms through API connectivity.
- Work closely with data science and product teams to refine AI training datasets and assess model performance.
- Maintain compliance with privacy laws and uphold ethical standards in AI recruitment practices.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Expertise in Python programming, particularly with machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.
- Strong knowledge of natural language processing utilizing libraries like spaCy or Hugging Face.
- Experience in developing and deploying scalable AI applications in live environments.
- Familiarity with cloud computing platforms (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure) and containerization technologies such as Docker.
- Proficient in working with both SQL and NoSQL databases to manage data extraction and integration.
- Understanding of ethical AI usage and strategies to prevent recruitment bias.
- Competent in RESTful APIs and microservices architectures.
- Experienced in designing data pipelines and ETL workflows.
