About the Role
This position is for a skilled technical recruiter who has deep experience supporting fast-growing technology startups and hiring across international markets. The role calls for someone who is enthusiastic about technology, familiar with the current AI ecosystem, and able to attract and close exceptional talent for engineering and product teams.
You will work closely with hiring managers to shape hiring plans, identify strong candidates, and help build high-performing teams across a range of technical and business-critical functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end recruitment process for technical and other critical roles.
- Hire talent across Saudi Arabia, the GCC, Europe, North America, and additional global markets.
- Create and maintain strong candidate pipelines for Software Engineering, AI/ML, Data Science, DevOps, Cloud, Cybersecurity, Product, QA, and Design positions.
- Use advanced sourcing methods to find passive candidates, including LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, Stack Overflow, Boolean search, AI-enabled sourcing tools, and similar platforms.
- Keep current with new AI tools, recruitment automation solutions, and evolving global hiring practices.
- Guide hiring managers on talent availability, market trends, compensation benchmarking, and hiring strategy.
- Run structured interviews and competency-based evaluations.
- Ensure candidates have a positive and professional experience throughout the hiring journey.
- Monitor hiring metrics and improve sourcing and recruitment performance over time.
- Contribute to employer branding efforts and recruitment-focused campaigns.
Requirements
- At least 4 years of recruiting experience in technology startups or rapidly growing tech companies.
- Hands-on experience hiring both within Saudi Arabia and across international markets.
- Strong familiarity with modern tech functions such as AI, Machine Learning, Data Engineering, Software Engineering, Cloud, DevOps, Product, and Cybersecurity.
- Practical use of AI-driven recruitment tools and sourcing platforms.
- Good understanding of cross-border recruitment and international hiring practices.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder coordination, and negotiation abilities.
- Strong command of English; Arabic language skills are an advantage.
Preferred Qualifications
- Background in recruiting for venture-funded startups or scale-ups.
- Exposure to Saudi labor market norms and regional employment regulations.
- Proven success hiring senior-level and niche technical talent in highly competitive markets.
- Well-established network in the global technology community.
