Position Summary

This full-time hybrid role based in Ansbach, Germany combines responsibilities across technical project and program management, automation testing, and product management. The role involves managing complex technical initiatives, coordinating teams across functions, and driving on-time, scoped delivery of projects. Daily tasks include planning and tracking project activities, defining requirements with stakeholders, and collaborating closely with software developers to build and test solutions. The role also entails creating and running automated test suites, monitoring product metrics, and supporting product roadmap development and enhancements.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead technical projects and programs ensuring milestones and objectives are met.
• Plan and monitor project activities and timelines methodically.
• Gather and clarify requirements through stakeholder communication.
• Partner with software teams to implement and verify technical solutions.
• Design, execute, and manage automated testing processes and tools.
• Track product performance and suggest incremental improvements.
• Effectively communicate project status, risks, and progress to all stakeholders.
• Continuously refine and optimize project processes.

Qualifications and Skills

• Strong skills in program and project management overseeing multiple work streams.
• Proficient in project planning, risk evaluation, data interpretation, and decision support.
• Experience with software development lifecycle and engineering collaboration.
• Hands-on background in automation testing and knowledge of related tools and frameworks.
• Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, IT, engineering, or related fields.
• Familiar with agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban; skilled in Jira and Confluence.
• Good command of English (written and spoken); German language skills are advantageous.
• Ability to work productively in hybrid setups, independently manage priorities, and collaborate with diverse teams.
