Job Overview

The Technical Lead role involves steering development teams by providing expert technical direction to ensure scalable system architecture, adherence to best practices, and alignment with the organization's business strategy.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of large-scale, secure, and reliable software solutions.
• Architect system frameworks, define technical roadmaps, and formulate integration methodologies.
• Mentor the developer teams while enforcing strict coding standards and industry best practices.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and enterprise architects to align technology initiatives with business goals.
• Conduct thorough technical evaluations and offer guidance during project lifecycles.
• Ensure all developments comply with enterprise architecture guidelines.
• Supervise and participate in development involving Laravel (PHP), MySQL, and React to maintain smooth backend and frontend integration.
• Lead efforts for optimization and performance enhancement, particularly for high-traffic applications.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a closely related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of professional experience in software design, architecture, and team leadership.
• Demonstrated strong skills in Laravel (PHP), MySQL databases, and React frontend.
• Experience working with cloud services, especially Microsoft Azure.
• Profound knowledge in CI/CD pipelines, DevOps methodologies, and containerization tools such as Docker and Kubernetes.
• Applicants must currently reside in Qatar.

Preferred Certifications

• Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert (AZ-305).
• TOGAF certification in Enterprise Architecture.
• Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) credential.
