Technical Growth Marketer – Programmatic SEO and Job Portal Expansion

About the Role

UdyogahConnect is actively seeking a skilled Technical Growth Marketer to accelerate the growth of its employer, job-seeker, HRMS, and job portal platforms across multiple international markets including Singapore, India, UAE, and Canada. This position is tailored for an individual proficient in blending technical and programmatic SEO strategies with product-led growth and conversion optimization techniques.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and deploy scalable SEO landing pages targeting jobs, employers, industries, geographic locations, and various occupations.
• Enhance technical SEO aspects such as website crawlability, structured data implementation, and search engine indexation.
• Drive growth in employer engagement metrics including registrations, demo bookings, and job postings.
• Increase job-seeker engagement through registrations, resume uploads, application submissions, and app downloads.
• Optimize conversion funnels for both employers and job seekers to improve retention and conversion rates.
• Implement and fine-tune JobPosting schema markup for enhanced search visibility.
• Collaborate closely with the company's Founder, CTO, and product team to align growth strategies.
• Create and maintain analytics dashboards to monitor and measure growth progress effectively.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Proven hands-on experience with programmatic SEO methodologies.
• Solid understanding of technical SEO practices.
• Expertise or experience working with SaaS platforms, job portals, marketplaces, or recruitment platforms.
• Comprehension of product-led growth principles and conversion funnel optimization.
• Proficiency with tools such as Google Search Console, Google Analytics, and Semrush.
• Familiarity with foundational web technologies including HTML, JavaScript, APIs, JSON, and structured data formats.
• Ability to collaborate with developers, using platforms such as GitHub.
• Strong analytical mindset paired with excellent communication capabilities.

Preferred Experience

• Experience within HR technology, recruitment platforms, job marketplaces, or working knowledge of Vue, React, Node.js.
• Expertise in managing SEO strategies across multiple countries or app growth management.

Additional Information

The role offers remote or hybrid work options and targets professionals preferably with 3 to 6 years of relevant experience. Preferred candidates are located in India, Singapore, or are able to work effectively across the India-Singapore time zones. Reporting will be directly to the Founder and CTO.
