About the Role

Join a global team dedicated to innovation in restorative dental materials. As a Technical Assistant, you will collaborate with a multidisciplinary group to support the development of new dental products, contributing insights and expertise throughout the process.

Responsibilities

• Assist the interdisciplinary team in creating restorative dental materials by sharing your knowledge and observations.
• Prepare paste formulations and various test specimens accurately.
• Measure and assess physical characteristics of materials meeting quality assurance standards.
• Develop test plans, draft work instructions, and conduct storage stability evaluations.
• Investigate foundational research for future restorative 3D printing materials and perform competitive product analyses.
• Document all findings meticulously following Good Laboratory Practice (GLP) standards, utilizing laboratory notebooks and standard software tools.

Candidate Profile

• Motivated, open-minded, and solution-focused individual eager to advance team progress.
• Completed vocational training as a Chemical Laboratory Technician or an equivalent qualification.
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality and effective teamwork.
• Capable of working independently with reliability and responsibility.
• Possesses several years of relevant professional experience, ideally within research and development environments.
• Comfortable using digital software platforms and exhibits a strong digital work affinity.
• Proficient in both written and spoken German and English.
