Job description
Overview
Ledvore LLP, an engineering solutions firm with bases in Ireland and India, is seeking a Technical Account Coordinator to join their Coimbatore office. The candidate will serve as the main liaison managing customer interactions and portal activity for an international automotive client, primarily from Europe and the USA. This on-site, full-time position is integral to bridging communication between overseas clients and internal engineering teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee customer portal management including supplier portals and sourcing platforms by tracking RFQs, sourcing events, and pending tasks until closure
- Act as the primary contact for international customer communication within the automotive sector
- Facilitate coordination between European and U.S. clients and in-house engineering and technical departments
- Assist in preparing technical proposals and quotations in collaboration with client engineers
- Manage multiple accounts and priorities efficiently in a dynamic, deadline-sensitive environment
- Develop and sustain long-term relationships with international clients
- Implement AI-based tools to enhance communication, reporting, and portal workflows
Candidate Requirements
- 3 to 5 years of experience in a customer-facing, sales or technical role, preferably in the automotive or industrial B2B sector
- Previous experience managing international clients, especially from Europe and the USA
- Fluent English communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential
- A background in mechanical engineering with some familiarity in CAD is preferred
- Excellent multitasking and organizational abilities
- Proficiency in navigating digital sourcing and customer portals
Desirable Skills
- Exposure to automotive supplier portals such as Ford/Covisint or SAP Ariba
- Familiarity with AI productivity tools
- Project Management certifications such as PMP or CAPM are advantageous but not required
Additional Details
This position requires full-time presence at the Coimbatore office, working exclusively on a dedicated international client account in the automotive industry.
