What You'll Do
As a Retail Team Member, you will be instrumental in maintaining the store's operational standards. This involves effective merchandising, managing inventory, and controlling stock levels. You will also be responsible for processing Point of Sale (POS) transactions and conducting cash reconciliations, ensuring accuracy and security at the end of each shift.
Key Responsibilities

- Support the Store Manager in daily operational tasks, leveraging your retail experience.
- Foster a collaborative team environment by working effectively with colleagues.
- Maintain high standards of safety and accuracy in all tasks.
- Demonstrate flexible availability, including weekends and overnight shifts as required.
Qualifications
- Prior experience in retail or customer service is preferred.
- Proficiency in operating POS systems and handling cash with accuracy.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective teamwork.
- Willingness and ability to work across a 7-day roster, including overnight and weekend shifts.
