Role Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, consistent customer service in line with Zeus Street Greek standards.
• Manage customer orders, both face-to-face and through approved systems.
• Operate point-of-sale terminals and process cash and electronic payments accurately.
• Prepare and assemble meals and beverages following specific recipes, procedures, and food safety protocols.
• Serve food and drinks promptly and courteously.
• Uphold cleanliness and hygiene standards in kitchen, service, and dining areas.
• Assist with dishwashing and waste management tasks.
• Adhere strictly to all food safety, workplace health and safety, and company policies.
