Role Overview
As a Team Member at Tim Hortons, your primary focus will be ensuring guest satisfaction. You will either be the first point of contact for guests or involved in creating quality bakery products that customers enjoy. Success in this dynamic environment requires enthusiasm, passion for customer service, multitasking skills, and effective communication with coworkers.
Qualifications
- Strong customer service and communication abilities, demonstrating courteous and professional interactions with guests and team members.
- One to two years of experience in the food or food-related industry.
- Reliability and excellent time management, including punctuality, attention to detail, and adherence to procedures and safety protocols.
- Teamwork skills to effectively collaborate with diverse colleagues in a fast-paced setting.
- Basic knowledge of food handling and safety standards; willingness to comply with hygiene requirements. Food handler certification is advantageous.
- Physical ability to stand for long periods, perform light to moderate lifting, and work efficiently in a busy service environment.
- Prior foodservice experience is beneficial, although comprehensive on-the-job training is provided.
