Role Overview

This position embraces the core value of 'Getting Stuck In' by engaging across multiple departments rather than being confined to one. You'll support various teams around the resort to help ensure guests receive an exceptional experience.

Work Structure

On Mondays and Fridays, your responsibilities focus on cleaning guest accommodations. The remainder of your week will involve shifts in several areas such as sports and activities, food service in restaurants and quick-serve outlets, buffet service, bars and retail shops, or the fairground. Some days may require working in more than one of these departments.

Training Opportunities

Apprenticeship programs are offered alongside this role, including courses like Food & Beverage Team Member Level 2, Frontline Cleaner Level 2, and Retailer Level 2 Apprenticeships. Interested candidates can learn more during recruitment.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate is enthusiastic, sociable, and enjoys multitasking and gaining new skills while collaborating with others. No prior experience is required; the main qualities sought are a positive attitude, high energy, willingness to contribute fully, and dedication to enhancing guest experiences.

Preferred skills or certifications that may be advantageous include FA Level 1 Football, Archery GB ERCA, High Ropes qualification, and NCPLH personal licence qualification.

Working Details

• This is a full-time position with 30 to 35 hours worked over five days within a seven-day period.
• Work schedules include evenings and weekends.
• Live-in accommodation is available for relocating employees.
• Candidates must be over 18 years old.
