Team Member - Manufacturing QMS

Job Summary

The role involves managing daily production operations encompassing leading and mentoring staff, ensuring machinery safety and upkeep, and handling batch manufacturing along with packaging tasks. The position also requires reviewing documentation, upholding product standards, coordinating training sessions, investigating initial incidents, and managing process orders.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee compliance with production activities on a daily basis.
• Lead brainstorming sessions related to incidents and deviations and drive their investigations to closure.
• Implement Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA) and manage change proposals effectively.
• Guide employees by coaching them, supervise their productivity, and ensure regular equipment safety checks and maintenance.
• Review Batch Manufacturing Records, Batch Production Records, logbooks, and other relevant documentation.
• Maintain product quality standards in alignment with current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP).
• Coordinate training through the Learning Management System (LMS).
• Generate process order numbers as part of production management.

Qualifications and Experience

• Educational background: Diploma or Bachelor of Science degree.
• Professional experience ranging from 3 to 10 years in a related manufacturing role.

Technical Expertise

• Proficiency with PAS|X, isolator operations, lyophilizer, and vial filling equipment.
• Hands-on experience in manufacturing and packaging injectable pharmaceuticals.
• Knowledge in producing and packing both liquid and lyophilized products.
• Strong understanding of Good Manufacturing Practices and Good Laboratory Practices.
