Role Overview

Join our vibrant Strand 32 team as a Front of House (FOH) Team Member. This role involves providing outstanding customer service, maintaining a well-presented and clean environment, and generating a friendly atmosphere that encourages guests to return.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver welcoming and exceptional customer service with a cheerful attitude
• Ensure the front area is clean, tidy, and visually appealing at all times
• Create a positive experience for every visitor that enters the store

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate should be energetic, proactive, customer-oriented, and enthusiastic about hospitality. Ability to communicate confidently, attention to detail, and a passion for creating memorable guest experiences are essential. No previous experience is necessary as we provide comprehensive training combining hands-on learning, app-based courses, and support from experienced staff.

Development and Training

Your training includes in-store practical sessions and digital learning via our app and Academy. Post training, you qualify for a bonus. itsu encourages career advancement, with many shop managers and office academy team members starting as Team Members.
