About the Role

Einstein Bros. Bagels is hiring Team Members for its Dallas bakery. The brand has been baking fresh bagels daily since 1995 and focuses on creating a welcoming guest experience while supporting a healthy work-life balance for its team. Store hours end at 2 PM, helping employees keep evenings free for personal commitments.

As a Team Member, you’ll help deliver a friendly, upbeat experience for every guest while contributing to a clean, safe, and well-run store. This role suits someone who enjoys fast-paced work, teamwork, and making people’s mornings better.

Key Responsibilities

Team Members are expected to serve as positive representatives of the brand and help ensure each guest feels greeted and valued from the moment they arrive.

• Welcome guests and help create a warm, positive first impression.
• Support an excellent customer experience through friendly and efficient service.
• Help maintain food and beverage quality standards.
• Keep the store environment clean, safe, and organized.
• Work collaboratively with the team in a busy bakery setting.
• Contribute to the day-to-day operations of the location as needed.

Requirements

• Applicants must be at least 16 years old.
• Availability must match business needs, including early shifts as early as 3:00 AM depending on the restaurant, as well as weekends.
• Comfort working in a fast-moving environment with multiple tasks at once is essential.
• Prior experience in restaurants, retail, or guest service is helpful but not mandatory.
• Physical duties may include sitting, standing, bending, lifting, and moving throughout the shift.
• The role may be performed with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Job duties can be adjusted by the company or management as needed.
