  • Ensure compliance with WorkCover legislation and NES job placement guidelines.
  • Perform file audits and provide coaching, including visits to satellite offices.
  • Conduct case conferences and foster a brokerage approach aligned with company values.
  • Recruit, induct, train, and manage performance of team members.
  • Contribute actively to business expansion and nurture client relationships across Victoria.
  • Provide leave coverage for team members and fellow managers as required.

Candidate Profile

  • Holds a relevant tertiary qualification with current registration in Physiotherapy, Occupational Therapy, Nursing, Exercise Physiology, Psychology, Osteopathy, Paramedicine, Rehabilitation Counselling, or Social Work.

  • Exhibits excellent communication skills.
  • Has experience in employment services or recruitment sectors.

  • Capable of prioritizing effectively and handling multiple tasks concurrently.

Benefits

  • Occupies a genuine leadership role with involvement in the company’s executive decision-making.
  • Access to dedicated internal leadership training and development initiatives.
