Key Responsibilities

• Ensure guests receive exceptional food, service, and staff interactions
• Foster long-term guest loyalty through engaging relationships
• Lead, manage, and develop staff by offering coaching, motivation, and recognition to surpass sales, speed, accuracy, and service goals
• Participate in recruiting, interviewing, and hiring new team members
• Train employees on food safety protocols and maintain high standards

Requirements and Conditions

• Minimum age of 18 years
• At least one year of experience in restaurant management preferred
• Proven leadership skills to manage fast-paced shifts and develop team members
• Must have ServSafe certification or the capability to obtain it
• Willingness to work flexible schedules including nights and weekends in a dynamic environment

• Physical requirements include lifting up to 25 pounds and standing or walking for up to six hours
• Effective communication skills in a noisy setting to understand and convey instructions clearly
