About the Company and Location
The Kuber Group, a SEBI Registered Research Analyst firm, is seeking a dedicated Team Leader to join their Advisory Sales division based in Bhawarkua, Indore, Madhya Pradesh. This is a full-time position requiring onsite work.
Job Responsibilities
- Supervise and guide the advisory sales team towards achieving sales goals.
- Meet and exceed daily and monthly sales targets.
- Provide coaching and motivational support to team members.
- Address client concerns and handle escalated issues effectively.
- Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to improve conversion rates.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- 1 to 3 years experience in stock market sales, advisory, BFSI sector, or telesales.
- Previous team management experience is preferable.
- Strong communication and leadership abilities.
- Knowledge of equity, Demat accounts, trading, or investment products is advantageous.
- Self-driven and target-oriented mindset.
Compensation and Benefits
The role offers a fixed monthly salary of ₹25,000 with attractive monthly incentives. Candidates can expect opportunities for career advancement within a professional work environment.
