Role Overview

We are seeking a proactive Supervisor for the Outdoor Living and Housewares section at Mitre 10 MEGA Ruakura. This position requires a strong retail or operational background, ideally with familiarity in big box retail or product knowledge related to our merchandise. Prior leadership experience is essential, along with a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service and product quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure superior customer service to retail customers to boost sales and maintain smooth portfolio operations.
• Lead, motivate, and support team members to reach their full potential and achieve targets reliably and on schedule.
• Maintain a strong emphasis on Health & Safety standards within the team and workplace.

Candidate Profile

• Passionate about excellent customer service with the ability to manage customer expectations effectively.
• Highly organized with the skill to plan ahead and provide innovative solutions.
• Proven leadership skills with the capability to inspire and motivate teams toward service excellence.
• Experience or understanding of inventory management and pricing strategies.
