Role Summary

The Team Leader assists the Restaurant Assistant Manager in organizing and coordinating all outlet operations to ensure top-quality Food and Beverage service. The role focuses on compliance with Standard Operating Procedures and aims to optimize revenue and profitability based on budget and forecasts.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure that all team members consistently uphold the brand's quality standards.
• Provide practical support to staff to guarantee exceptional service and guest courtesy.
• Conduct team briefings, meetings, and training sessions as instructed by management.
• Support the maintenance of departmental SOPs and ensure all colleagues understand and follow them.
• Oversee the consistency and quality of table and counter services for all menu items.
• Maintain effective communication between kitchen and service teams.
• Ensure strict adherence to food hygiene guidelines and procedures throughout the outlet.
• Continuously monitor food and beverage standards and service quality, escalating serious concerns to management.
• Promote the use of up-selling techniques to enhance guest satisfaction and increase revenue.
• Provide expert advice on food and beverage offerings to customers and team members.
• Supervise all aspects related to food quality, beverage quality, and hygiene, taking immediate corrective actions when necessary.
• Assume responsibility for operational matters in the absence of the Restaurant Manager or Assistant Manager.
• Perform any other duties reasonably assigned by management.
