Position Overview
This opening is for a supervisory professional to work with a remote gate and access-control company, supporting the integrated monitoring center in Porto Alegre, Rio Grande do Sul. You will supervise operations linked to remote gate services and the central monitoring hub, ensuring activities run smoothly and team coordination is maintained.
Requirements

- Availability to work a 12x36 shift schedule.
- Prior experience in supervision, coordination, or team leadership.
- Good interpersonal communication and a leadership-oriented profile.
- Experience with Sigma Cloud will be considered an advantage.
