Role Overview and Responsibilities

• Drive and achieve sales targets by leading the team and ensuring revenue objectives are fulfilled.
• Support sales team members in closing deals and managing negotiations effectively.
• Monitor and track sales performance on daily, weekly, and monthly intervals to maintain progress.
• Lead, motivate, and manage a group of sales executives to foster strong team performance.
• Conduct ongoing training sessions, coaching, and periodic performance evaluations for team members.
• Distribute sales leads appropriately and oversee conversion rates.
• Engage with high-value clients to assist with property selection and maintain excellent customer relations throughout the sales process.
• Address and resolve client escalations to ensure satisfaction.
• Coordinate with real estate developers to keep updated on new projects, pricing structures, and available inventory.
• Effectively communicate project details to the internal team to ensure alignment.
• Adhere strictly to company sales policies and compliance standards.
• Maintain sales management information system (MIS) reports and dashboards to track progress.
• Provide consistent updates and reports to senior management.

Candidate Profile and Requirements

• Graduate degree required; MBA preferred.
• 5 to 10 years of proven experience in real estate sales.
• Prior experience handling or mentoring sales teams is essential.
• Strong knowledge of the Pune real estate market.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership abilities.
