Teacher (m/f/d) for Political Education at Secondary Level II

About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated teacher (m/f/d) specializing in Political Education to join our vocational and new gymnasium school in Glienicke starting as soon as possible.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, organize, and review lesson plans.
• Contribute both pedagogically and organizationally to the delivery of lessons.
• Support students during open learning situations.
• Coordinate project planning collaboratively with other subject teachers.
• Maintain communication with parents.
• Act with initiative and independence.

Requirements

• Teaching qualification or authorization to instruct for general secondary school levels I/II.
• Strong pedagogical, subject-specific, and social skills.
• Ability to work well within a team and willingness to collaborate cooperatively.
• Motivated to participate actively in school development.
• Openness to innovation, creativity, and high engagement.
• Experience with full-day and/or mixed-age school organizational models.
• Advanced media competency.
