About the Role

This position is part of the airport operations team and focuses on helping arriving travelers arrange taxi transport. The job suits energetic, presentable professionals who can work at a busy airport counter, communicate clearly, and make the booking process smooth for passengers.

What You’ll Do

• Support passengers with taxi reservations at airport counters and pickup areas.
• Present the available taxi options in a clear and persuasive manner.
• Direct travelers to the correct pickup point.
• Keep interactions polite, professional, and service-oriented.
• Work toward daily and monthly booking goals.
• Stay in sync with drivers and the operations team for smooth coordination.
• Record booking information accurately and help ensure prompt service.
• Represent the company with a polished appearance and strong communication.

Who Can Apply

Candidates should have completed 10+2 (Higher Secondary). The role requires excellent spoken English, strong communication and interpersonal ability, a customer-first mindset, and comfort working in a busy airport setting. Applicants must be between 19 and 28 years old, present themselves professionally, and be willing to live within 10 km of the airport for operational ease.

Preferred Background

Applicants who have trained with Visionfly, Frankfinn, Fly Air Aviation Academy, or Sky Vision Academy will be given preference.

Salary & Incentives

The fixed monthly pay is ₹20,000, and performers can earn an additional incentive of up to ₹10,000 per month based on results.
