It supports higher education institutions, enterprises, and governments in digital upskilling and transformation efforts.
Role Overview
The Talent Specialist will be responsible for attracting and managing recruitment partners, proposing and executing digital recruitment solutions, and managing end-to-end recruitment processes. The role focuses on connecting upskilled local talent with hiring companies and providing career consultation to candidates while supporting talent acquisition for digital enterprises.
Key Responsibilities
- Attract and manage new and existing recruitment partners to effectively meet their hiring requirements
- Design and implement digital recruitment strategies that leverage an upskilled local talent pool to boost workplace productivity
- Oversee full-cycle recruitment activities including employer branding, outreach, networking, shortlisting, selection, and hiring
- Generate leads, conduct sales activities, and handle client accounts to foster growth in recruitment business
- Collaborate with learning delivery and digital marketing teams to deploy go-to-market plans for digital capability development among clients
- Engage with hiring companies to support development of omni-channel marketing, tech-enabled operations, intelligent business solutions, and secure modern workplaces
- Offer career advisory and development guidance to candidates aligning their skills with job specifications and client needs
- Source and match candidates efficiently across talent acquisition, contingent workforce, talent incubation, and consulting verticals
Requirements
- Possess a university degree as a minimum qualification
- Have at least 2 years of experience in B2B infocomm solutions sales and/or talent recruitment within the technology industry
- Experience with recruitment technologies and familiarity with IT fields such as Technology Infrastructure, Data Analytics, and ERP systems
- Preference for candidates with experience in technology start-ups
- Established network or knowledge within the technology industry is advantageous
