This opportunity is for a proactive Talent Sourcer focused on US IT staffing. The role is based in Bengaluru and follows an onsite work model with a night shift from 7 PM to 4 AM IST. The ideal professional will help identify, engage, and build pipelines of strong candidates for both immediate and future hiring needs across technical and non-technical roles.

Key responsibilities
- Find qualified talent through sourcing tools and platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter, JobDiva, Monster, Dice, CareerBuilder, Indeed, the internal ATS, and similar channels.
- Develop and maintain strong pipelines of both active and passive candidates for current and future roles.
- Use advanced Boolean logic and X-Ray techniques to uncover hard-to-find profiles.
- Research specialized skill sets and map talent across different technology areas.
- Create and refine sourcing approaches for roles that are difficult to fill.
- Review resumes to match candidates against technical and functional job needs.
- Reach out to candidates by phone, email, LinkedIn InMail, and other communication methods.
- Carry out preliminary screenings covering technical ability, work authorization, experience, location, availability, and compensation expectations.
- Shortlist qualified candidates before sharing them with recruiters or hiring managers.
- Study job descriptions to identify must-have and preferred qualifications.
- Build effective Boolean search strings for multiple sourcing platforms.
- Align sourcing efforts with client expectations and hiring priorities.
- Improve search strings continuously to raise candidate quality and response rates.
- Maintain long-term talent communities for recurring and niche hiring needs.
- Keep candidates engaged through regular follow-ups and updates.
- Update ATS records and candidate databases with accurate information.
- Track candidate movement through the full sourcing process.
- Collaborate with recruiters, account managers, and hiring managers to understand priorities.
- Join intake discussions to clarify role requirements.
- Share sourcing status, pipeline updates, and market insights.
- Help reduce time-to-fill for important open positions.
Required qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- At least 2 years of experience in talent sourcing.
- Experience sourcing for US staffing or domestic recruitment, depending on business needs.
- Good understanding of recruitment processes and sourcing methods.
- Practical exposure to ATS tools and sourcing platforms.
- Strong written and spoken communication skills.
- Good research and analytical capability.
- Experience recruiting for IT, engineering, healthcare, or professional services roles.
- Familiarity with W2, C2C, and full-time hiring models for US staffing.
- Exposure to cloud, software development, infrastructure, cybersecurity, ERP, and data engineering talent areas.
- Experience supporting enterprise or Fortune 500 clients.
- Awareness of labor market trends and talent intelligence.
Tools and technical exposure
The role makes regular use of LinkedIn Recruiter, JobDiva, Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, Indeed resume searches, Boolean search, X-Ray search, Google search operators, ATS management, talent mapping, and CRM-based candidate relationship management.
