The company concentrates solely on healthcare hiring and helps founders build teams across commercial, product, operations, customer success, data, engineering, marketing, clinical, and executive leadership functions.
Role Summary
Everyhire is seeking an experienced Talent Sourcer who enjoys uncovering strong candidates early in the hiring process. In this part-time, onsite role, you will identify, map, and engage high-performing talent from venture-backed startups and healthcare technology companies. You will work closely with recruiters to create strong pipelines for fast-growing healthcare businesses.
Working hours for this role are 10 to 20 hours per week.
Key Responsibilities
- Create focused talent maps aligned to startup hiring needs.
- Find passive candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, AI-based sourcing tools, and inventive search strategies.
- Target talent from venture-backed healthcare startups and companies in digital health, medtech, health IT, payer, provider, and life sciences sectors.
- Build candidate pipelines for go-to-market, product, operations, clinical, engineering, marketing, customer success, and leadership positions.
- Draft personalized outreach messages that encourage replies.
- Keep candidate pipelines well organized in the ATS.
- Work with recruiters to improve search approaches using market insights and feedback.
Required Experience and Skills
- At least 3 years of experience in full-cycle sourcing, with agency experience preferred.
- Proven background sourcing for startups or venture-backed businesses.
- Prior experience finding talent for healthcare, healthtech, medtech, digital health, or healthcare IT roles is highly preferred.
- Strong command of LinkedIn Recruiter search functionality.
- Comfort using AI tools to speed up and improve sourcing work.
- Excellent research ability and skill in finding candidates beyond simple keyword searches.
- Strong written communication skills.
- Very organized with close attention to detail.
- Able to work independently in a fast-moving environment.

Compensation
