Role Overview

The Talent Sourcer is responsible for identifying, attracting, and engaging both technical and non-technical candidates to support recruitment objectives. This individual will proactively use a variety of channels to build robust talent pipelines and ensure seamless candidate experiences, closely collaborating with recruiters and hiring managers.

Key Responsibilities

• Utilize platforms such as LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and social media to proactively source potential candidates.
• Develop and manage pipelines for both immediate and future hiring requirements.
• Conduct initial outreach and pre-screening assessments of candidates.
• Coordinate with internal recruitment teams and hiring managers to clarify position needs and candidate profiles.
• Maintain detailed and accurate sourcing records and reports.
• Remain informed about current trends and best practices in talent sourcing.
• Provide candidates with a professional and engaging sourcing experience throughout the process.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a similar field.
• Between 0 to 2 years of experience in talent sourcing, recruitment, or talent acquisition (internships and freelance experience also considered).
• Basic proficiency with sourcing platforms, for example, LinkedIn Recruiter and job boards is an advantage.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Competent in using MS Office applications.
• Demonstrates attention to detail, resourcefulness, and a willingness to learn.
