Role overview

This position is for a Talent Management & Organisational Development Officer based in Abu Dhabi. The role sits within a large, reputable organisation and requires a strong background in talent management and organisational development.

Experience and qualifications

  • At least 5 years of hands-on experience in talent management, organisational development, or a closely related HR role.
  • A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organisational Development, or another relevant field.
  • CIPD accreditation or a similar professional certification is considered an advantage.

Core capability requirements

  • Proven exposure to organisational design, performance management, HR policy creation, and stakeholder coordination.

Key responsibilities

  • Keep approved changes to the organisation structure updated correctly in HR systems and ensure the right stakeholders are informed.
  • Review and assess organisational and workforce-related business cases.
