- Create and roll out learning offerings such as leadership development, role-specific training, and soft-skill development.
- Run both instructor-led and digital learning sessions, with attention to measurable adoption and impact.
- Support competency models, skill evaluations, and organization-wide capability building efforts.
- Lead employee engagement initiatives and early-career programs, including onboarding and 90-day success plans.
- Review learning outcomes and talent data to uncover risks, gaps, and improvement opportunities.
- Guide managers and leaders on talent development, feedback, and career discussions.
- Assist with budgeting, resource planning, and execution of global learning and development strategy.
- Partner on HR transformation work, including performance reviews, promotions, and workforce planning cycles.
Requirements
- Background in Learning & Development, Talent Management, or HR business partnering, with experience building programs in complex global environments.
- Demonstrated success in designing and delivering learning solutions and leadership development initiatives.
- Hands-on experience with performance management and career development processes.
- Ability to influence senior stakeholders and help shape talent strategy decisions.
- Strong facilitation, coaching, and stakeholder management capabilities.
- Experience using HR systems, LMS platforms, and talent management tools.
- Comfort working with data to assess engagement, learning, and performance trends.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in cross-functional, international settings.
- Strong planning, organization, and project management skills.
- Experience in consulting, technology, or another fast-moving global organization is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Organizational Development, or a related discipline.
Perks and benefits
- Competitive pay aligned with experience and market conditions.
- Remote-first flexibility anywhere in Canada.
- The chance to influence global talent, learning, and leadership programs.
- Direct exposure to senior leaders and strategic initiatives with high business impact.
- Professional development opportunities within a culture that encourages continuous learning.
- An inclusive, collaborative, and people-centered workplace.
- Involvement in large-scale organizational transformation efforts.
- Opportunity to help build and scale a global Learning & Development function.
