Position Overview

We are looking for motivated, ambitious individuals to join our live music department as Talent Agents. This part-time role (approximately 20–25 hours weekly) offers a direct career path within the music industry, providing commission-based earnings from the start, with industry-leading splits. New hires will undergo a complimentary 16-week training covering booking processes, industry language, contracts, invoicing, and agency operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing a detailed daily calendar and completing a weekly task list
• Conducting research, making cold and warm outreach calls, and managing extensive email communication
• Collaborating within a dynamic, remote team environment
• Participating in mandatory weekly video meetings
