About the Role
This position is for a Talent Acquisition Senior Team Member (SME) focused on recruitment within the US geography. The role requires managing complex hiring processes, ensuring regulatory compliance, enhancing candidate experience, and mentoring team members. The work is based in Hyderabad and necessitates strict office presence with no remote or hybrid options, including night and rotational shifts aligned to US business hours.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee high-priority US-based recruitments across various functions and levels.
- Address escalations regarding sourcing, candidate evaluation, offers, and overall candidate experience.
- Maintain strict compliance with US labor laws, including EEO/OFCCP regulations.
- Perform quality audits of recruitment activities such as profile reviews, screenings, and offers.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior recruiters and coordinators on US recruitment best practices.
- Collaborate with hiring managers and HR business partners to design and implement effective hiring strategies.
- Lead initiatives for recruitment process standardization and continuous enhancement.
- Support data reporting and analysis to track US hiring metrics and trends.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related disciplines.
- Minimum five years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment Operations.
- Proven background in handling recruitment specific to the US market.
- Experience within BPO or shared services environments is preferred.

Stakeholder Interaction
- Engage with US-based Hiring Managers.
- Collaborate closely with HR Business Partners.
- Interact with candidates and external recruitment vendors.
- Coordinate with internal recruitment and operations teams.
Performance Metrics
- Track time-to-fill and time-to-submit recruitment cycles.
- Emphasize quality of hire and satisfaction of hiring managers.
- Ensure adherence to compliance regulations including EEO and OFCCP.
- Maintain high audit and quality scores.
- Monitor offer acceptance rates.
- Deliver recruitment process improvement projects.
Language Requirement
Fluency in English is mandatory.
Additional Information
The position requires candidates to work full-time from the Hyderabad office exclusively, covering night shifts aligned to US time zones and rotation as needed.
