Key Responsibilities
- Develop and report on hiring strategies each quarter and annually
- Advertise job openings on various employment platforms
- Engage with potential candidates via professional social networks and events
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define employee qualifications
- Review resumes and applications to select appropriate candidates
- Conduct initial phone screening to shortlist qualified applicants
- Interview candidates across all levels, from entry to executive roles
- Monitor and analyze hiring metrics such as time-to-hire and sourcing channels
- Create and evaluate candidate satisfaction surveys
- Coach hiring managers on interviewing and candidate assessment methods
- Organize and participate in recruitment fairs
- Maintain ongoing communication with candidates throughout hiring phases
- Keep an updated candidate database for future roles
- Perform additional tasks as assigned
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, organizational psychology, or a related area is preferred but not mandatory
- Proven background in recruitment or related hiring roles
- Experienced with major job posting sites such as Monster and Indeed
- Proficient in sourcing through social media and niche platforms including LinkedIn, Facebook, GitHub, and Stack Overflow
- Knowledgeable about applicant tracking systems
- Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
- Enthusiastic about teamwork and competition
