Job description
Role Overview
Joud Coffee is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead recruitment activities across the business. The role involves managing the hiring process for both high-volume F&B operations roles and specialized support functions, while also improving process quality and candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities
You will oversee the internal recruitment function, coordinate workloads across the team, and make sure hiring processes are run consistently and in line with company standards.
- Lead, coach, and support the in-house recruitment team; allocate requisitions, set goals, and ensure SOP compliance.
- Handle the full recruitment cycle for both high-volume food and beverage operations positions and niche support services roles.
- Coordinate with external recruitment agencies, executive search partners, and manpower suppliers, including assessing and managing contracts.
- Serve as the internal administrator for the Applicant Tracking System, maintaining accurate data, tidy pipelines, and automated workflows where possible.
- Create sourcing plans using channels such as GulfTalent, LinkedIn Recruiter, referral programs, and local as well as international career fairs.
- Work closely with Heads of Departments and the Operations team to anticipate hiring needs, shape job profiles, and align selection standards.
- Monitor, evaluate, and report recruitment KPIs such as time to hire, cost per hire, source performance, and quality of hire on a weekly and monthly basis to the HR Manager.
- Strengthen the company’s employer reputation by delivering a polished, smooth, and positive applicant journey.
