Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Talent Acquisition Specialist to oversee end-to-end recruitment processes across both IT and Non-IT domains. The successful candidate will possess excellent sourcing capabilities, outstanding communication skills, and a demonstrated history of closing vacancies efficiently while ensuring a stellar candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the entire recruitment process from candidate sourcing through to onboarding.
• Recruit for various IT positions such as Network Engineer, Cyber Security Engineer, SOC Analyst, VAPT Engineer, and Technical Trainer.
• Source and hire for Non-IT roles including HR professionals, Sales Executives, Business Development Executives, Academic Counselors, Digital Marketing Executives, Graphic Designers, and Accountants.
• Utilize platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri Recruiter, Indeed, Apna, along with referrals and social media channels to find suitable candidates.
• Conduct resume evaluations and HR interviews to shortlist applicants.
• Coordinate and schedule technical interviews effectively.
• Manage salary discussions, issue offers, and supervise candidate onboarding.
• Develop and sustain a robust talent pipeline for future recruitment needs.
• Monitor recruitment metrics to guarantee closure of all open positions within set deadlines.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of proven experience in Talent Acquisition.
• Demonstrated ability to recruit for both IT and Non-IT roles successfully.
• Strong skills in candidate sourcing, headhunting, and engagement.
• Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri Recruiter, Indeed, and Applicant Tracking Systems.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Ability to handle multiple open roles simultaneously and meet hiring goals.
• Willingness to work full-time onsite from the Andheri East office in Mumbai.
