Role overview

This is a recruitment role for a partner organization in the United Kingdom. The hiring process, including application handling and the next stages, is managed by that partner company.

The position is central to successful technology hiring in a fast-moving international setting. The main focus is attracting and securing skilled technical professionals, with particular attention to Security and other specialized tech profiles.

You will own the recruitment journey from start to finish, helping improve hiring speed, candidate quality, and process consistency. The role also places strong importance on the candidate journey, alignment with hiring stakeholders, and efficient recruitment operations.

By working closely with hiring managers, you will help define hiring needs and deliver strong recruitment outcomes that support engineering and broader technical team growth.

Key accountabilities

  • Handle the complete hiring cycle for technical roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and shortlisting candidates, especially for Security and other specialist positions.
  • Create and apply sourcing approaches that help bring in strong technical talent.
  • Manage the process from job publication through to offer acceptance and coordination of onboarding.
  • Maintain a smooth, responsive, and positive experience for candidates through clear communication and organized process flow.
  • Work with hiring managers to clarify role needs, align on expectations, and support successful hires.

Role requirements

  • At least 3 years of full-cycle recruitment experience, ideally in technology or IT environments.
  • Hands-on experience recruiting for software engineering, IT, or similar technical positions, including Security-related roles.
  • Strong ability to run competency-based and structured interviews.
  • Very good written and spoken communication skills, with Upper-Intermediate English or better.
  • Comfort managing several priorities in a busy, changing hiring environment.
  • Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management abilities, with a collaborative and practical approach to solving problems.

Benefits and support

  • Support with tax obligations connected to private entrepreneurship in Ukraine.
  • Administrative and professional assistance for private entrepreneurs.
  • 20 days of paid annual leave.
  • 10 paid sick days each year.
  • Public holidays observed in line with Ukrainian legislation.
  • Comprehensive medical insurance.
  • Budget support for professional development and English learning.
  • Reimbursement for sports subscriptions or related equipment.

Additional information

The employer uses an AI-supported matching process to review applications more quickly and consistently against the role’s core requirements. Shortlisted candidates are then passed to the hiring company, which manages interviews, assessments, and final decisions.

By applying, candidates acknowledge that personal data may be processed for evaluation and shared with the hiring employer under applicable data protection principles, including GDPR where relevant. The process may also use AI tools to assist with resume review and response analysis, though human judgment remains part of the final decision-making process. Candidates may request more information about data handling at any time.
