Position Overview

The Talent Acquisition Specialist with expertise in real estate will serve as a full-time, on-site staff member located in Dubai. This role entails overseeing the complete recruitment cycle—sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding talent across various roles within PSI Real Estate. Responsibilities include working in close partnership with hiring managers to identify staffing requirements, define role criteria, and guarantee an efficient recruitment workflow. Daily activities involve maintaining candidate pipelines, organizing interview schedules, aiding employer branding strategies, and ensuring an engaging and positive experience for candidates. Additionally, the role requires monitoring recruitment metrics, utilizing applicant tracking systems, and keeping abreast of trends within the real estate talent landscape.

Key Qualifications

• Proven expertise in managing full recruitment lifecycles with comprehensive end-to-end hiring experience.
• Strong interviewing and candidate evaluation skills, capable of conducting structured assessments.
• Experience supporting employer branding, promoting PSI Real Estate as a top employer in the UAE region.
• Background in real estate recruitment or thorough knowledge of the UAE real estate market.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to foster strong relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders.
• Solid organizational and multitasking skills to effectively handle several openings and priorities simultaneously.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and fundamental HR analytics related to recruitment.
• A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or relevant field, or equivalent practical experience.
