Overview

A prominent healthcare organization is looking to hire a Healthcare Talent Acquisition Specialist to support essential staffing efforts within their HR team. This role requires collaboration with HR leaders and hiring managers to manage end-to-end recruitment for both clinical and non-clinical positions. The position demands a dynamic, fast-moving approach with robust sourcing abilities and excellent stakeholder engagement while handling multiple job requisitions at once.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the complete recruitment cycle, from job requisition intake to extending offers and onboarding new hires.
  • Work closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and design recruitment strategies accordingly.
  • Use various platforms including LinkedIn, social media, job boards, networking, and direct outreach to source candidates.
  • Develop and sustain a strong pipeline of candidates for critical job openings.
  • Conduct candidate screenings and interviews to evaluate both qualifications and cultural compatibility.
  • Arrange interviews and maintain clear communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
  • Monitor recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, vacancy rates, and the health of the candidate pipeline.
  • Participate in hiring events like career fairs and other recruitment campaigns.
  • Provide support during onboarding activities and new employee orientation.
  • Continuously seek ways to enhance recruitment strategies and operational workflows.

Required Qualifications

  • A minimum of three years of experience in managing full-cycle recruitment processes.
  • Proven ability to source candidates via multiple channels including LinkedIn, social networks, and direct sourcing techniques.
  • Practical experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems.
  • Capability to juggle multiple job requisitions in a high-paced setting.
  • Excellent communication skills and competence in managing relationships with different stakeholders.
  • Experience collaborating directly with hiring managers to meet hiring objectives.

Preferred Skills

  • Background in healthcare recruitment, covering both clinical and non-clinical roles.
  • Familiarity with Workday ATS software.
  • Experience handling high-volume recruitment assignments.
  • Skills in tracking and reporting relevant recruitment metrics.
  • Experience recruiting across various departments or business units.
