Overview
A prominent healthcare organization is looking to hire a Healthcare Talent Acquisition Specialist to support essential staffing efforts within their HR team. This role requires collaboration with HR leaders and hiring managers to manage end-to-end recruitment for both clinical and non-clinical positions. The position demands a dynamic, fast-moving approach with robust sourcing abilities and excellent stakeholder engagement while handling multiple job requisitions at once.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the complete recruitment cycle, from job requisition intake to extending offers and onboarding new hires.
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and design recruitment strategies accordingly.
- Use various platforms including LinkedIn, social media, job boards, networking, and direct outreach to source candidates.
- Develop and sustain a strong pipeline of candidates for critical job openings.
- Conduct candidate screenings and interviews to evaluate both qualifications and cultural compatibility.
- Arrange interviews and maintain clear communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Monitor recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, vacancy rates, and the health of the candidate pipeline.
- Participate in hiring events like career fairs and other recruitment campaigns.
- Provide support during onboarding activities and new employee orientation.
- Continuously seek ways to enhance recruitment strategies and operational workflows.
Required Qualifications
- A minimum of three years of experience in managing full-cycle recruitment processes.
- Proven ability to source candidates via multiple channels including LinkedIn, social networks, and direct sourcing techniques.
- Practical experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems.
- Capability to juggle multiple job requisitions in a high-paced setting.
- Excellent communication skills and competence in managing relationships with different stakeholders.
- Experience collaborating directly with hiring managers to meet hiring objectives.
Preferred Skills
- Background in healthcare recruitment, covering both clinical and non-clinical roles.
- Familiarity with Workday ATS software.
- Experience handling high-volume recruitment assignments.
- Skills in tracking and reporting relevant recruitment metrics.
- Experience recruiting across various departments or business units.
