Role Responsibilities
The Talent Acquisition Specialist will function as an instrumental contributor in end-to-end recruitment within a dynamic healthcare setting. Reporting to a Talent Acquisition Manager or Lead, the specialist will apply sophisticated sourcing strategies using ATS and CRM platforms, LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and Boolean search methods to discover and engage both clinical and non-clinical talent. Close collaboration with hiring managers will facilitate strategic workforce planning addressing both immediate and future staffing needs, supporting organizational objectives with a strong focus on recruitment metrics.
- Conduct comprehensive recruitment cycles for clinical and non-clinical healthcare roles.
- Utilize iCIMS applicant tracking and CRM systems to manage candidate pipelines and maintain accurate records.
- Source and engage candidates proactively employing advanced search and sourcing tools.
- Screen candidates to confirm qualifications, licensure, certifications, and suitability for roles.
- Coordinate interview processes and work with hiring managers to finalize hiring decisions.
- Monitor recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, source-of-hire, pipeline health, and requisition status.
- Represent the organization at career fairs and perform campus outreach to strengthen the pipeline of recent graduates.
- Enhance candidate experience and contribute to employer branding efforts.
Qualifications
Mandatory:
- High school diploma or GED.
- Experience in offer development and negotiation.
- Familiarity with electronic applicant tracking systems.
- Proven ability to use diverse sourcing techniques targeting both active and passive candidates.
- Competence in Microsoft Office suite.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Preferred:
- A bachelor's degree in human resources, business, or a related discipline.
- Minimum two years of talent acquisition experience including sourcing, screening, and interviewing, preferably within healthcare.
