This opportunity is being shared on behalf of a partner organisation, which will handle applications and all further hiring steps. The employer is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist located in Saudi Arabia to support international recruitment operations.
The role is centered on finding, engaging, and hiring independent contractors and linguists across multiple regions to meet varied language and business needs. You will oversee the complete hiring journey, from sourcing and screening through assessment and onboarding.
This position places you in an international setting with exposure to different markets and time zones. It suits someone who is structured, proactive, and able to manage substantial hiring activity while keeping the candidate journey smooth and professional.
Key responsibilities
- Identify, attract, and hire independent contractors from different regions in line with specific language and business demands.
- Create and implement sourcing approaches that keep a healthy flow of suitable candidates.
- Interview applicants and evaluate their language ability, qualifications, and overall fit for open roles.
- Handle the full recruitment process, starting with sourcing and screening and continuing through onboarding.
- Support large-scale hiring efforts without compromising quality.
- Work with internal teams to clarify hiring needs, role expectations, and recruitment priorities.
- Carry out market research and maintain connections with potential candidates to strengthen future pipelines.
- Provide a positive, clear, and professional experience to candidates at every stage.
- Monitor recruitment activity and review hiring data to assess how well sourcing methods are working.
Requirements
- Between 6 months and 1 year of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or a closely related function.
- Strong command of written and spoken English.
- Ability to manage recruitment processes independently and juggle several priorities at once.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building abilities.
- Good organization and time-management skills.
- Comfort working on your own, meeting deadlines, and managing tasks efficiently.
- Willingness to work across different time zones when necessary.
- Prior experience hiring freelancers, independent contractors, or international talent is advantageous.
