We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist for our Ahmedabad-based client, focusing on Canadian recruitment. This position offers an exceptional opportunity to enhance your career by engaging in talent sourcing, employer outreach, and lead generation within the international recruitment landscape.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive research on active job openings across the Canadian market.
- Identify key hiring personnel including managers, recruiters, and HR professionals.
- Utilize LinkedIn, Apollo.io, RocketReach, and other tools for generating employer leads.
- Execute advanced internet research utilizing Boolean search techniques.
- Establish and nurture professional relationships with employers through outreach efforts.
- Keep recruitment databases and CRM records accurate and up to date.
- Collaborate closely with recruiters to link employers with suitable candidates.
Candidate Profile and Requirements
- 1 to 2 years experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, HR Research, or Lead Generation roles.
- Proficient in internet research and Boolean search methodologies.
- Strong communication and professional networking capabilities.
- Experience using LinkedIn along with lead generation platforms such as Apollo.io and RocketReach.
- Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems.
- Willingness and capability to align work schedule with the Canadian time zone.
Preferred Qualifications
- Exposure to Canadian recruitment processes.
- Experience in managing employer relationships.
- Background in international recruitment.
Additional Details
- Location: Ahmedabad (Only candidates residing in Ahmedabad will be considered).
- Work Mode: Onsite at Ahmedabad office with a hybrid working pattern.
- Salary Range: ₹2.5 LPA to ₹4.2 LPA.
- Experience Range: 1 to 2 years.
- Notice Period: Immediate joiners will be preferred.
