As a Talent Acquisition Specialist / Recruiting Coordination Partner, you will help create a smooth, professional recruiting and onboarding journey for salaried management and support roles across the United States.
This is a hands-on coordination role for someone who is organized, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-moving, process-oriented environment. The position combines candidate experience, recruiting operations, and partnership with Talent Acquisition Partners to help improve efficiency and service quality across hiring activities.
What You Will Do
- Deliver a polished, responsive experience for candidates at every stage of the hiring process.
- Coordinate recruiting activities end to end, including interview scheduling, hiring steps, and support for pre-employment assessments.
- Assist Talent Acquisition Partners with multiple open requisitions and different business areas, helping keep hiring workflows on track.
- Track recruiting activity, maintain precise records, and update reporting in applicant tracking systems.
- Support recruiting initiatives aimed at improving processes, increasing efficiency, and strengthening candidate experience.
- Ensure recruiting and onboarding activities follow company standards and applicable regulations.

Preferred Experience and Strengths
- Background in corporate recruiting or high-volume recruiting support is an advantage.
- Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Candidate Relationship Management (CRM) tools is helpful.
- Ability to coordinate complex, multi-step interview schedules involving several stakeholders.
- Strong communication, organization, and time management skills with the ability to handle competing priorities.
- Exposure to recruiting across corporate, professional, or technical functions is beneficial.
- Understanding of HR compliance, onboarding, or workforce regulations is a plus.
Compensation and Benefits
The estimated pay range for this position is $81,370 to $122,060 per year. Actual compensation may differ based on job level, work location, experience, skills, performance, and other individualized factors.
