Role Summary
We are seeking a seasoned Talent Acquisition Specialist (m/w/d) to strengthen our Talent Acquisition team. The position is available at one of our locations in Gummersbach, Hohenthurm, Zeven, or Schwandorf and involves managing recruitment for four companies within Germany. The specialist will support departmental and executive leadership in attracting talent for both white- and blue-collar roles, serving as a trusted advisor for hiring managers on all recruitment and talent acquisition matters.
Key Responsibilities
- Independently manage the entire recruitment process for white- and blue-collar positions across four German companies.
- Advise and collaborate strategically with managers and leaders on talent acquisition approaches and recruitment questions.
- Design and implement targeted recruiting and sourcing strategies aimed at acquiring qualified professionals and managers.
- Engage in active sourcing and maintain sustainable talent pools and pipelines.
- Ensure an outstanding candidate experience through clear processes, professional communication, and respectful candidate guidance.
- Develop and nurture trusted relationships with internal stakeholders, encouraging cross-location and cross-company collaboration.
- Plan, coordinate, and execute recruitment events, university fairs, and customized employer marketing initiatives.
- Participate in projects to continuously improve recruitment procedures and advance talent acquisition and employer branding.
Candidate Profile
- Several years of professional experience recruiting both white- and blue-collar target groups.
- Experience supporting multiple locations, business units, or entities.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, effectively collaborating with leaders at various hierarchy levels.
- Proven successes in building sustainable talent pipelines and conducting active sourcing.
- High degree of autonomy, organizational ability, and execution strength.
- Expertise in planning and delivering recruiting events and targeted campaigns.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in German and English.
- Self-motivated, highly organized, and structured working style.
