About Personify Health
Personify Health offers a personalized health platform that combines health plan administration, wellbeing solutions, and care navigation in one place. The company supports employers, health plans, and health systems with data-led solutions designed to lower costs while improving health outcomes. Its broader mission is to help people live healthier, healthier lives.
Role Overview
This opening is for a Talent Acquisition Specialist who enjoys building strong teams and delivering a smooth, positive experience for candidates. The role will focus mainly on hiring for the Wellbeing Go-to-Market organization, working closely with leaders across Sales, Client Success, Customer Experience, Marketing, Revenue Operations, and other customer-facing groups.
You will own recruiting from start to finish and act as a trusted partner to hiring managers, helping them attract and select talent that can support business growth. The role sits in an evolving environment where a new ATS is being introduced and recruiting processes are being refined, giving you the chance to shape how talent acquisition operates going forward.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruiting for a group of Wellbeing Go-to-Market roles, including Sales, Client Success, Customer Success, Marketing, Revenue Operations, Implementation, and related customer-facing positions.
- Work with hiring managers to build hiring plans, align on priorities, and define effective recruiting approaches.
- Create strong talent pipelines through direct sourcing, networking, referrals, and market mapping.
- Use LinkedIn Recruiter and similar sourcing tools to find and engage passive candidates.
- Handle several open searches at once while maintaining a strong experience for both candidates and hiring managers.
- Guide hiring teams with market insights, interview support, and recommendations that improve hiring quality.
- Lead structured interview processes that support consistency, speed, and an inclusive experience.
- Keep recruiting records, candidate details, and pipeline updates accurate in Workable or a similar ATS.
- Share regular updates with managers and business leaders on pipeline status, hiring progress, and any recruiting risks.
- Collaborate with HR Business Partners, Compensation, and hiring leaders to support offers and onboarding.
- Help improve recruiting tools, workflows, interview practices, and talent acquisition programs as the function grows.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in corporate recruiting or a similar setting.
- Demonstrated success sourcing and hiring for go-to-market roles.
- Experience managing the full recruiting cycle from intake through offer.
- Strong sourcing capability, especially with LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Prior use of an applicant tracking system; Workable experience is an advantage.
- Ability to juggle multiple priorities and stakeholders in a fast-changing environment.
- Clear communication skills and a practical, solution-focused approach.
- Background supporting teams during growth or organizational change is preferred.
- Exposure to ATS rollouts or recruiting process redesign is a plus.
Benefits and Perks
- Competitive base pay with benefits available from day one.
- Medical and dental coverage through the company’s own health solutions.
- Unlimited paid time off to support rest and recovery.
- Mental health support, retirement planning, and financial protection resources.
- Professional development support with career growth paths and learning budgets.
- A mission-driven culture where diverse viewpoints contribute to meaningful impact.
Compensation
The base salary range for this position is $90,000 to $115,000, depending on location, skills, and experience.
