Job description
About LionsBot and Role Overview
LionsBot is rapidly expanding, planning significant recruitment across five regions in 2026 and aiming for an IPO in 2027. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will play a crucial role managing the complete recruitment lifecycle for a variety of technical and non-technical positions while collaborating closely with hiring managers to ensure seamless hiring processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the entire recruitment process from requisition intake, candidate sourcing and screening, interview scheduling, through to offer administration.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to clearly define role requirements, timelines, and establish candidate evaluation criteria, ensuring adherence to recruitment protocols.
- Proactively source candidates using platforms such as LinkedIn, various job boards, and referral networks to build a strong talent pipeline rather than relying solely on incoming applications.
- Conduct structured interviews implementing the WHO methodology and ensure rigorous candidate scoring using Kula ATS.
- Maintain transparent and timely communication with all stakeholders regarding candidate progress, pipeline status, and any process challenges without prompting.
- Organize practical assessments and facilitate debriefing sessions involving interview panels.
- Handle offer-related administrative tasks, including documentation and correspondence through the acceptance stage.
- Proactively identify and report any risks related to capacity, timelines, or processes to the Talent Acquisition Lead at the earliest opportunity.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Possess 2 to 5 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, either within an internal team or an agency setting.
- Comfortable engaging with technical hiring managers specializing in engineering, robotics, or software recruitment, able to confidently participate in technical conversations without needing to be an engineer.
- Exemplary stakeholder management skills, knowing when to communicate updates, assert necessary boundaries, and escalate issues professionally and promptly.
- Highly process-oriented, maintaining robust ATS data hygiene, abiding by service level agreements, and emphasizing detailed documentation.
- Excellent communicator with the ability to deliver clear updates, articulate requests, and convey difficult messages effectively without damaging relationships.
- Experience conducting structured interviews, particularly using WHO methodology or equivalent frameworks, is preferred.
Additional Information
This position involves working in a developing talent acquisition function without established playbooks, requiring adaptability, initiative, and comfort in a fast-paced, evolving environment. Candidates effective in fully documented, rigid processes may find this less suitable. However, those who excel in guided yet flexible settings where solutions are crafted dynamically will thrive.
