It runs 54 hospitals and more than 360 outpatient sites across 15 states, serving over 3.0 million patient visits each year. The organization employs more than 60,000 physicians and staff, and 21 of its hospitals are part of the Prime Healthcare Foundation, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit public charity. Prime Healthcare is looking to expand its corporate team.
Role Overview

Location and Work Arrangement
This position is not fully remote. It must be performed at a Prime facility. A hybrid arrangement of 3 days in the office and 2 days remote may be considered after successful completion of onboarding and the probationary period.

- Experience preparing and negotiating job offers
- Working knowledge of federal and California employment laws, regulations, and legislation as they apply to recruitment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
Preferred Qualifications
The ideal candidate will also demonstrate strong interpersonal skills and effective communication abilities.
Additional Information
This role is for full-cycle recruiting focused on executive search within a large healthcare system. The specialist will work closely with leadership and HR stakeholders to support hiring decisions and recruitment strategy.
