Role Overview
We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our client's team remotely. This full-time position involves identifying, engaging, and recruiting qualified candidates for various open roles throughout the organization. The role requires partnering closely with hiring managers to understand staffing requirements and maintain a strong candidate pipeline. The specialist will support full-cycle recruitment focusing on both efficiency and quality.
Key Responsibilities
- Utilize multiple sourcing channels such as job boards, employee referrals, and social media to find potential candidates.
- Conduct resume screenings and initial interviews to evaluate candidates’ qualifications and cultural alignment.
- Manage and coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring teams, ensuring clear and timely communication throughout the process.
- Maintain candidate tracking and provide regular status updates to relevant stakeholders via the recruitment system.
- Support onboarding activities, including preparation of new hire documents and processes once candidates are hired.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Proven experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS) for pipeline management.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective interaction with candidates and hiring managers.
- Ability to juggle multiple tasks and prioritize duties efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
- Knowledge of sourcing techniques and best practices in talent acquisition.
- Competency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook.
