This is primarily a remote job; however, candidates must live within the Dallas-Fort Worth area and be available to attend the Corporate Headquarters three days each month for training, team meetings, and planning. Employees are also welcome to work on-site as often as they prefer beyond this requirement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate closely with the Director of Talent Acquisition and hiring managers to define role profiles and develop search strategies.
  • Create and post job advertisements on various job boards and professional platforms.
  • Source active and passive candidates proactively through LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, and direct outreach.
  • Screen candidates, conduct interviews via phone and video, and coordinate interview scheduling with hiring teams.
  • Maintain consistent and timely communication ensuring a positive experience for candidates throughout the recruitment process.
  • Keep comprehensive and current records within the applicant tracking system (ATS).
  • Monitor recruitment metrics including time-to-fill, pipeline status, and offer acceptance statistics.
  • Engage with the broader talent acquisition team to improve processes, enhance employer branding, and share best recruitment practices.
  • Participate in monthly on-site trainings and team meetings at Corporate HQ.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of two years experience managing full-cycle recruiting, preferably in corporate or internal recruitment environments.
  • Proven background recruiting for departments such as Accounting, Finance, IT, Human Resources, Marketing, Sales, and Operations.
  • Exceptional sourcing abilities to identify and attract both active and passive talent.
  • Ability to juggle multiple recruitment assignments simultaneously in a fast-paced setting.
  • Strong communication, organizational skills, and ability to nurture relationships.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems, LinkedIn Recruiter, and modern recruitment technologies.
  • Proactive and self-motivated, capable of working remotely while maintaining team connectivity.
  • Residency within the Dallas–Fort Worth metro area and availability to work on-site three days monthly are required.
  • Bachelor’s degree is preferred but not mandatory.

Why Join?

  • Enjoy a remote-first work culture requiring only three on-site days monthly, with unlimited access to corporate offices.
  • Take ownership of a newly created, high-profile recruiting role dedicated to corporate hiring.
  • Work in close partnership with senior talent acquisition leadership and cross-functional business heads.
  • Join an established, collaborative talent acquisition team with specialized focus areas.
  • Earn a competitive base salary accompanied by a performance-based bonus structure.
